Shipping Locations: We currently ship across India. For international shipping, please contact us directly before placing an order.

Processing Time: Orders are generally processed within 3–7 business days. Delays may occur due to volume, location, or unforeseen circumstances.

Tracking Information:
At present, we do not provide real-time tracking IDs. This functionality is under development. However, customers may contact us post-purchase for status updates, and we will assist manually to the best of our ability.
2. Returns & Refunds Policy

As a standard policy, we operate on a strict no refund and no return basis for all physical and digital products sold through our platform.

Damaged or Defective Products:
If you receive a product that is visibly damaged or defective, you must:

We do not guarantee delivery timelines, especially for remote or high-risk zones. In rare cases of failed delivery or severe logistical error, please contact us immediately. If the issue is confirmed to be due to a carrier fault or our oversight, we may step in to rectify it, including offering re-delivery or alternate solutions.
4. Digital Products & eBooks

All digital products, including eBooks, are delivered electronically.

No refund is applicable for digital files once the download link has been accessed.
