This Shipping & Returns Policy outlines the terms under which orders are processed, shipped, and addressed in case of delivery-related concerns. By placing an order with Sramana Publications LLP, you agree to the following conditions.

 

1. Shipping Terms

 

  • Shipping Locations: We currently ship across India. For international shipping, please contact us directly before placing an order.

  • Processing Time: Orders are generally processed within 3–7 business days. Delays may occur due to volume, location, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Tracking Information:

    At present, we do not provide real-time tracking IDs. This functionality is under development. However, customers may contact us post-purchase for status updates, and we will assist manually to the best of our ability.

2. Returns & Refunds Policy

  • Strict No Refund/Return Policy:

    As a standard policy, we operate on a strict no refund and no return basis for all physical and digital products sold through our platform.

  • Damaged or Defective Products:

    If you receive a product that is visibly damaged or defective, you must:

     

    • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

    • Provide clear photographic or video evidence of the issue, including packaging condition.

    Our team will review the case on a case-by-case basis. We may, at our sole discretion:

     

    • Issue a replacement (free of charge), or

    • Provide partial credit or a refund only if the claim is found legitimate and verified.

     

  • Exceptions: We will not entertain returns or refunds in the following cases:

     

    • Minor cosmetic damage due to handling or transport.

    • Customer negligence or improper unpacking.

    • Claims without timely evidence or delayed complaints.

    • Unsubstantiated refund requests without clear cause.

 

3. Loss, Delay, or Misdelivery

We do not guarantee delivery timelines, especially for remote or high-risk zones. In rare cases of failed delivery or severe logistical error, please contact us immediately. If the issue is confirmed to be due to a carrier fault or our oversight, we may step in to rectify it, including offering re-delivery or alternate solutions.

 

4. Digital Products & eBooks

  • All digital products, including eBooks, are delivered electronically.

  • No refund is applicable for digital files once the download link has been accessed.

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure device compatibility and proper email entry during purchase.
